Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions. If a skill is not for you, email us within 14 days of buying it and you are refunded in full. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to prove anything is broken.

After 14 days we still refund anything we failed to deliver: a download that never arrived, a licence key that never worked, or a skill withdrawn from sale before you could install it.

How to ask

Email support@aiskillup.online with your licence key or the email you paid with. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, so the refund comes back through them to your original payment method.

What happens when you refund

• The payment is returned to your original method.
• Your licence key is revoked and file access is withdrawn.
• Any copy you already downloaded stays on your machine. We accept that.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here removes a right you have by law. Payments are taken by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, and where local consumer law gives you a cancellation right on a digital purchase, that law wins over this page. Ask us and we will tell you which applies to you rather than making you find out.
